How we operate

Four constraints that define how every engagement runs - regardless of client, industry, or team size.

We place the person. You run the team.

Our engineers join your standup, commit to your repo, and report to your engineering lead. We handle contracts, quality, and continuity in the background - to your team, they are a colleague who started last week.

Time and materials. No surprises.

You pay for the work they do. No fixed-scope contracts, no buffer built into the rate, no handover fees. Engagements scale up or down as your situation changes.

Senior only. No exceptions.

We do not place junior or mid-level developers. Every engineer has a minimum of 7 years of professional experience and has passed a structured evaluation before we recommend them for any engagement.

European hours. Non-negotiable.

Our consultants work European hours and take their holidays. If your culture expects engineers to be available around the clock, the fit will break down. We say this on the first call, not the third month.

When this model isn't the right fit

We'd rather tell you now than in month two

We onboard roughly one in four companies that reach out to us. Not because we're exclusive - because a bad fit wastes everyone's time. If your situation doesn't match our model, we'll tell you on the first call and point you somewhere that does.

A project delivered end-to-end

We staff engineers, we don't own deliverables. If you need a vendor to be accountable for the outcome, a product studio or agency is the right model. Our engineers join your team and report to your lead - the work is yours from day one.

On-site engineers at your office

Our network is European and remote-first. Every engineer works inside your tools, your standups, and your process - but from their own location. If physical presence is a hard requirement, we're not the right fit.

Someone who can start tomorrow

Our median onboarding is 9-11 days from first call to first sprint. If that's too slow for your situation, a freelance marketplace will be faster. We'll still be here when the emergency passes.

An engagement shorter than three months

The ramp-up alone eats the value on anything shorter. Our minimum engagement is typically three months - anything less doesn't give a senior engineer enough time to contribute properly, and it's not fair to them or to you.

A fixed price for a defined scope

Time and materials is the only model we work on. No fixed-scope contracts, no project quotes, no buffer built into the rate. If you need a fixed price for a defined deliverable, we're not the right structure for that work.

The cheapest option on the market

We're not. Our consultants are priced at senior European market rates. The premium buys vetting quality, onboarding speed, and continuity - not a logo on a proposal. If budget is the primary filter, a different model will serve you better.
