The challenge

Appoteket launched an online pharmacy, offering personalised consultations via chat or phone, with medications and advice delivered nationwide by skilled pharmacists.

As they prepared to integrate with Norway's national central database for e-prescriptions, they faced a market that is fully digitised and highly regulated - involving a complex value chain of interconnected systems.
