The challenge

Mission Pet Health is one of the largest corporate veterinary groups in the US, with approximately 1,000 clinics coast to coast. As the group scaled, building modern digital experiences for both clinic staff and pet owners became a clear strategic priority and one that had to work consistently across a large and diverse network.

The scope covered two parallel tracks: a hospital experience platform for clinical operations and staff workflows, and a customer experience platform for pet owners. Both needed to move at business pace, which meant sustained senior engineering capacity that could flex with evolving requirements, not a fixed one-off delivery.
